1. Final Sale Policy
All products purchased from Eesome Enterprise are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or no longer want the product after delivery.
2. Exceptions (Damaged or Wrong Products)
Humein pata hai ki kabhi-kabhi transport mein galti ho sakti hai. Hum sirf niche di gayi conditions mein exchange ya refund process karenge:

Damaged on Arrival: Agar product toota hua mila hai.

Wrong Item Sent: Agar aapne charger order kiya aur aapko earphones mil gaye.

Defective Product: Agar product kaam nahi kar raha hai (Manufacturing defect).
3. Reporting an Issue (Mandatory Video)
In cases of damage or wrong products, you must report the issue within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Crucial Requirement: Hum tabhi request process karenge agar aapke paas Unboxing Video hogi (Package kholte waqt ki bina cut wali video). Bina video ke claims accept nahi kiye jayenge.
4. Refund Process (If Approved)
Agar aapka claim valid paya jata hai aur humare paas replacement stock nahi hai, toh refund process kiya jayega:

Refund aapke original payment method (UPI/Bank) mein [7-10 BUSINESS DAYS] ke andar credit ho jayega.
5. Cancellation Policy
Order tabhi cancel ho sakta hai jab tak wo ship na hua ho. Ek baar order dispatch hone ke baad, cancellation allow nahi hai.
